I have ordered before usually love everything about Lex & Rose's. The service is awesome. Just a little disappointed the bouquet in the picture and the bouquet I received do not look the same. Flowers are alot more vibrant and the color is my bouquet are muted. But I will be ordering again. Because I always love the service and flowers but my recent order I was not satisfied with.

When I placed my order there was no place to set a date for delivery. I was contacted the next day and specified to receive them on 13th. I received them today and I received them squished in a box and the roses were brown on the edges. Not impressed at all.
