Capri studios were very responsive in helping give different options for floral lay outs. I asked for a redesign, and ultimately decided to go with the original and that was no issue. The attention to detail is great! I purchased one for myself and one for my sister in-law and both came out great! Print was smooth when I unrolled it. I love the item itself but the experience I did not. Initially the wrong proof was sent over leaving me very confused. After approving the correct one, the item itself did not arrive until 6 days after Mother's Day even though the site says 3 to 5 days after approval. Very dissappointed that I was not able to gift it to my wife on Mother's Day.

The frame cannot support its own weight and will need to be replaced. There are creases in the print. I would expect fewer imperfections and a higher-quality frame. I will not be making any additional purchases from this company.

The picture it self was awesome. When we opened the package it was mailed though the frame was broken and cracked. It was a small inconvenience since we brought it has a gift and had to quickly go to a store and purchase a new frame. Love the idea and the actual design of the family garden. Got for my mother and mother in law for mother's Day. Only downside one of my prints came with dirt on the print. Have emailed the company but no response but they gave me a $15 credit on my account. I don't want a credit. I just want them to reprint the damaged print. Also the credit doesn't cover the cost or reorder. I've spent over $100 on two prints and can only use one. Disappointed in the company but I guess that is the risk you tak...

I love the end result but found Customer Service very lacking. Most emails took a day to get a response and even then the responses were so generic and impersonal that I began to think I had been scammed. Tried calling to get a clearer response but the message said "we are not answering the phone right now", not very professional. The prints are very nice and I would order again keeping in mind not to expect much from the customer service dept.
