I ordered two of these photos and I absolutely love the idea. One of the pictures came out perfect. Unfortunately, the other one looks like the printer might have been running out of ink. There are small white streaks through the flowers. Normally this wouldn’t bother me, but for the amount of money it cost, it’s disappointing.

I emailed customer service on delivery as the glass was cracked. While I did receive a response the next day explaining that it would be replaced, I have since emailed customer service three times to try to find out when the replacement order would be shipped and if I could have a new order number and tracking number, but haven't heard anything back.
