The picture turned about beautifully! Its such a great gift for my mom. One thing that through me off, was the request for a tip once it was designed. I've never been requested for a tip on something I purchased. I had a set budget for my gift that I already exceeded and then there was an unexpected tip. The artist did awesome so I had to tip but wasn't expecting it. Maybe add that into your pricing quote - "tips are appreciated after design"
