My only issue was in the system. I had accidently typed in the wrong address. I immediately noticed after hitting submit, however due to a flaw in the system customer service was not allowed to change my shipping address, even though the design hadn't even been approved! I had to nervously wait the day of to see if UPS would figure out the right address or if it was going to be sent back and go through a whole debacle.

The print is pretty. However, it arrived in a tube and the edges were bent and the paper was sort of warped. It also wasn’t cut evenly which is visible even in the frame.

I love the family garden print, but the two were rolled up in a tube and then taped so they wouldn't expand- the tape ripped the paper- I would suggest wrapping the prints in a roll of plain paper to protect the backs.
