I ordered one of these pens previously and I love it so much that I just had to order another one. So lightweight, beautiful colours and so lovely to write with. The added bonus is that it comes with an ink refill too which is included in the price. Amazing!!!!!

I bought this planner to help me keep track while following slimming world. It is so easy to fill in the boxes and colours help make it fun rather than tedious. I use colour pens to fill in weight chart and jar. I keep it by my desk at home so if I do have sneaky treats I immediately write it in my planner and can track easily when I'm emotionally eating. Second one I’ve bought. Have last years tucked away in her little home box for safekeeping and so excited to use it again this year. Love the prompts, the self love, the challenges, everything about it. Oh my god, I just adore my food diary. It's SW friendly but so much more! Not just pretty to look at but full of other useful info and uplifting positivity. I've generally struggled with writing a food diary, I'd generally just write in a plain notebook and after a few days not write everything down or stop listing my food completely. Not with this though because it's so cute I look forward to writing in it.

I find some of the pages are difficult to turn as the wire binding is a little bit small. Maybe a slightly bigger binding in future might be helpful. It’s obviously because the food diary is absolutely crammed with visualisation pages which is brilliant!
