There was only one member of staff in the shop when I visited, she was really sweet! She let me take my time with browsing but was responsive as soon as I was ready to pay, she also made me aware of the offers I qualified for and talked me through the free build a journal without making me feel silly for not knowing what I needed to do. It's also just a genuinely gorgeous shop, so dreamy!
