Wonderful experience, met the illustrator too. Even though we visited near the end of the day, we were not rushed to choose and great promotions were offered - as a small family business, they truly care about the customer's value for money and overall experience. The notebooks and organizers are of wonderful quality and much better than high street brands - I could not recommend enough.
