I'm really pleased with my food diary. I love using the sw app but I find it so helpful to write things down in my lovely new book! I love the stickers that come with it and the simplicity of the design. I also like the way I can track my syns. I got a 3 month pack to try out but will definitely be buying more pages!

I got a wee note apologising because of the slide pad I wanted was no longer in stock so they gave me a different one and they were so kind enough to give me a spare slide pad for the troubles which they really didn’t have too. What can I say about the dated diary! It’s amazing the Quality is fantastic. It comfortably fits 3 months of weekly sheets, 1 months daily sheets, some notepaper and a daily planning pad.
The pen holder is a great addition and I now look very professional and am organized when I use this for work.
