I started using RONE about 2 months ago. I used the gels to train for Ironman Pennsylvania 70.3. Every time I used them in long runs or bike rides I could feel the surge of energy. Same on race day. They kept me going despite feeling sick pre race. I could literally feel the gels energy which I am sure is the lions mane combined with the natural honey and electrolytes! Kudos!

I'm training for a marathon and during my runs, I run a lot of hills. I have tried several gels and they have helped a bit, but they also leave my mouth really dry. With rone, I feel even more energized and it doesn't leave my mouth dry. And it is all natural compared to the ones that I have used before. I absolutely love this stuff. It's great for a pick me up before the gym and I also just like to snack on the caffeine free one as a replacement for ice cream and other sugary junk food I was eating. I will also eat one or 2 of them when i'm really hungry but can't eat at the moment and it helps hold me over. I love Rone, it’s a great product when I don’t want to feel over stimulated. It taste clean, it gives me an adequate amount of energy for my workouts so I don’t feel like I’m crashing later in the day.
