These honey packets are amazing!! I take one before my long runs and usually have one with me for the mid-point. I know caffeine isn't always recommended when doing long runs but, these little guys are the perfect amount of carb rush that I need to finish the runs! Plus... who doesn't love honey....

I recently switched to Rone to help fuel my energy needs. I was struggling with digesting other gel brands, especially during my long runs. Rone has been different. love the taste and the simple natural ingredients. I definitely recommend trying it.

This is the best pre workout I have ever had. I was on bucked up/woke af for years and nothing could make me switch to anything else. I decided to give RONE a try and I think I found my forever pre workout. As someone with ADHD who works out every morning at 5am trust me when I say the amount of focus and energy you get with RONE is amazing. I will say it has a bit of a weird taste which I think is from the caffeine and the mushrooms but nothing that’s not tolerable.

This is easy to take whenever and wherever you are and need a boost. This doesn’t give the same effect as a pre-workout. There is no immediate buzzed feeling, no heart racing - at least not for me. What it gives is a steady build of focus, the energy effect isn’t a burst, but I recognize it and I love this.

This product is fantastic! I can not do pre workouts they are just too sweet and make me feel horrible. This, although sweet from the honey, easy to swallow and be done. Lions Mane keeps me focused all day long! Will purchase again for sure!

Works amazing both when Playing pickleball and hiking. As a kid I put straight honey in a small bottle but this packaging for Rone is easy and convenient. The added ingredients give you the boost you need.

I have been drinking energy drinks almost daily somedays multiple a day for over 20 years, and have been trying to find a healthier alternative for a long time. The smaller honey packets have been great on the go and they taste fantastic. The natural boost of energy the honey gives is great for working out, on the job, and other activities. I will be buying again and would definitely recommend to others looking for a healthier, more natural pre-workout.

Great for the 2/5 times I’ve taken it so far. Nice energized feeling with no jitters. One thing to keep in mind is make sure you take the whole pack quickly because honey will start dripping out if you don’t!

Packaging needs some work. There was sticky residue all over the box. One of th3 corners from the bottles was damaged but not punctured. Taste is great and I feel the results. It's been about 2 weeks and I add it almost everything.

I love the honey packets. I ended up sharing them with my son because he liked them so much. They're great for an afternoon pick me up. Gets me through the rest of the workday and I can get home and not feel completely exhausted. Definitely purchasing again!

Love this product. I take it first thing in the morning on my way to the gym and it is much more convenient and less messy than a morning cup of coffee.

I had purchased the original flavor and size. I enjoyed 3 bags those. This new larger size with the Tangerine is much smoother. Ordered the Lemon flavor already. Great product!

We loved these honey energy packs. Rone gave us a bunch of samples to share with our participants of the Lanakila Outrigger Canoe Race and they disappeared quickly with the paddlers. Everyone loved them commenting how easy to digest. Easy on the stomach and made for long term energy. Great product and will definaltley be using them for our summer race series. Feels good. Results are instant for me. I'm a trucker who unloads my own trailers. Provides an instant boost of caffeine when I need a quick "pick me up" without all the extra ingredients of a energy drink. Helps keep me hydrated as I drink lots of water to keep up with the physical part of my day unloading trailers. I love it.

I’ve used it before strength training and a 7.5 mile run. I plan to use it during my half-marathon next month. Easy to use, tastes great and gives me the energy that I need. Very happy I gave it a try.

Great product. Solid energy without shakes or tingles. Best comment I can give is you don’t notice it. You’re not still sleepy/tired and not wired. It’s the right balance.

I first purchased the original travel pinches and like most reviews the taste was a little hard to get used to. But with the new revised recipe, these are amazing !! Without a doubt I will be a continuing customer. The taste is great and the kick of caffeine and electrolytes are just what I need in the afternoon. Tried this product for the first time and also bought sample packets to use as stocking stuffers. I enjoyed the taste of this product and the benefits, especially before a workout. My initial order got fulfilled but customer care was quick to get back to me and not only fix the issue but make it better. Will be ordering again and recommending to friends and family.

I’m really partial about fuel on runs, I have food allergies and a sensitive stomach. These are fantastic. I’ll definitely be ordering some for my race I have in December. Good quality product.
