I love this for all my runs but especially my long runs. It only takes one about 15 minutes before me run and it gives me that sustained energy for miles. I’ve used it for before a 4 mile run or half marathons. Doesn’t upset my stomach and I love that it has simple ingredients.

I'm digging the Rhone Supercharged honey with 100mg of caffeine. I've used it 4 times at the beginning of a 2/3 hour pickleball session or tournament. Just the right amount of boost, I get a locked in feeling and no apparent crash after a couple hours. Im looking forward to trying the non caffeine packets soon. An actual clean pre workout that’s portable?! I feel the nootropic effect on this, the salt helps for pump by balancing electrolytes, the honey and caffeine supply the energy all with 0 artificial colors or chemicals at all. I have enjoyed the honey pacs very much so far. I believe these are a healthier alternative to using synthetic gels, and they dont cause chaos in my gut either. I have found a sweet spot, and that is getting one pack in ever 5-7.5km, and that works well for me during my long runs.

I love honey....and caffeine, so it's a win for me. The 200 mg original is a big strong on the mushroom flavor so I lean toward the flavored packets. I find it takes a solid 30 -45 min to feel the effects but when I do, my brain feels better. I can mentally push through my long runs with the boost. Bravo, Rone!

Over the years I have used various drink mixes and gels for pre or during a workout or event. About a year ago I went to using raw honey, but still using a drink mix for caffeine and salt.
