When I was ordering 2 piece set my internet connection went out so I put in another order. Once I received my confirmation order number, I saw where I was charged for two sets. I immediately emailed costumer service to cancel one of the 2 piece sets. I was told the order and charges had already gone through. I received and was charged with 3 sets of luggage. I was told that I would have to pay the return fee on the 2 sets. I was very frustrated but now customer service has sent me return labels.
