The only difficulty I had was deciding what colors. I had purchased and received the carry on in burgundy and when I decided to add the personal bag it wasn’t offered in burgundy. So I spoke with rep to make sure they didn’t have it in burgundy and I was disappointed because I thought that you could get all pieces in same color. I went with black Ordering process was easy and delivery wait wasn’t long.

I have asked for someone to assist with an order I have and no one gets back to me plus you say you are giving a gift card wiht purchase but when you try and use a discount code given and the gift card, you cannot. A gift card is a gift card and should be able to use with a discount or not.

Since I bought the carry on then the big checkin bag and then the weekend bag all separately before the $699 take all sale, I asked to get the luggage tag, bottle, and packing cubes. But Nobl said absolutely not since the promotion was on at the time I bought the carry on. That's all I needed at that particular moment and all I could afford at that time as well. Pooh on Nobl customer service. He did offer a 25 coupon but I suppose the limit to use it is way to high.
