Ordered based on reviews and social and because came w guarantee. 2 weeks in I followed up as it hadn't arrived. Told it was stuck in customs. I had to keep following up. It took a month to receive- too late for my needs. When it did arrive, the quality felt cheap--and not practical carryon. Too much space devoted to laptop/etc. and not enough in main bin. In order to return I would have to pay 80-100 in shipping costs. Very disappointed in my decision to purchase.

I ordered my luggage a month in advance for my trip, but it arrived only one day before my flight. I wasn’t informed it was out of stock until a week before I was leaving, which was frustrating. I do love the bag itself, but customer service could definitely be better with communication and updates. Also, the luggage cover came off during my flight, so I don’t think that add-on is worth purchasing. Other than that, the luggage itself is great.

Customer service is a joke. I asked immediately after opening it to return the item and I have been getting the run around for 2 weeks now. First it's offers of discounts, then it's telling me how much it will cost me to return it now it is just crickets -- no response. I'm about ready to tell Apple and ask them to help me out in getting a refund and an RMA number to return it.
