My large suitcase came much later than expected

Very frequent marketing communication from Nobl pre and post purchase but the shipment of all items was spread out and it took more than a few weeks to receive all items.

Easy to order. Couldn’t get original weekender due to shipping from china. Would like to get larger case but not sure on delivery problems. Only got one tracker and no gift card. Also no cover for weekender.

Shipping took to long with no status updates

Asked to have order stopped before shipping as it was taking forever to get thru customs. I was upgraded to another carry on but it is still considerably smaller inside than my samsonite. Did not use on this trip due to that

I ordered the Easter Bundle and it is coming in at different times. I still haven't received the check in bag, which is needed asap for my next trip to Europe.

It took a long time to get suitcase

Again, I wanted to buy from an American company. I do get supply chain issues and waiting a month now for luggage is unacceptable.

I am still waiting on both of my orders to be fulfilled. It has been over 45 days and I am still waiting on my check in one 28" in forest green to arrive. It was order 553826. If I do not receive it by the end of May I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and put in a claim to my credit card company for failure to deliver goods.

Customer service has been responsive with the exchange of my All-in-One Carry On.

They helped me with my discount card so I could then buy the Weekender!

You scammed me. You said your product was in stock, but weeks later I still have not received my entire order, even though it is currently listed as “in stock”. Then you charged me $172 by offering a “free service”, that I cannot even use because I don’t have my full order yet. I cannot call you as there is no contact phone number. You sent an email stating you would get back to me in 24-48 hours, we are way past that and no follow up. . Terrible terrible customer service all the way around.

No customer service

My order took forever to arrive and I’m still waiting on 2 pieces.

Expensive as hell but the stackable pouches are great. Glad I read reddit reviews and did not purchase the expensive luggage because I heard the quality is crap. Customer service was helpful.

Delivery was so late and not only I wasn’t able to get help from your website now there’s a bundle for less of what I paid for just two items that I couldn’t use. Luggage looks great but customer service and relationships need to be better.

Delivery for remaining pieces are unsatisfactory with delay of arrival for remaining items.

Luggage was not shipped after a month and the refund has not been processed after multiple conversations with customer service. VERY disappointed and frustrated!!!!!!!

Took a while to ship and receive. I have had the carry on almost a month and still waiting on the check-in piece. Wish they both arrived close to the same time. I am still awaiting the check-in piece.

Delays is customs were significant which I realize is out of their control however, one piece of my luggage was delivered much later than the other, and I had to chase it down

Slow to answer emails but otherwise great to work with!

It was a great experience until I haven't receive my 28" check-in bag, YET! I ordered a special that was going on with the carry on and a bunch of extras way back on April 7. A few days later, I received the day tripper bag and all the extras. On April 16 I received the carry on bag. Now I'm still waiting for the 28" check-in bag. Several emails later, I still don't have an answer as to what the reason is for the 28" bag not even being sent as of today's date, May 4. I'm not a happy camper

The emails I received said the packages would arrive later than promised and I had to leave on vacation before their arrival making the purchase unnecessary. I spoke to Brody at customer service who said he would cancel the order and refund me when you received the return but since I never received them and I don’t know where they are, I imagine they are in limbo. received emails saying they arrived when they had not. I will be contacting Amex to refuse payment to you.

Won’t get back to me after many emails to use my $50 ecard and discount code. Been trying to purchase the red 28” but it says it’s not valid and won’t let me use anything. Says there is no lifetime warranty. Many things. No one has gotten back to me.
