I ordered the duo package of weekender with carry on. I ordered them on 1/8/26 an it said they ship within 3-5 days. The weekender arrived on 1/16/26 however I still have yet to receive the carry on. When I called them I was told several times that both had been delivered. I finally sent them a picture of only 1 box delivered an I also sent them an email that I received on 1/15/26 stating that they were testing the luggage before it ships. That was 14 days ago and I have yet to receive it

I wanted to return the luggage package I bought because I found the luggage itself flimsy and was discouraged from returning it . I was told that it would cost me a lot of money and it would be better if I kept it.
Why would I want to keep something that I won’t use and pay over 700.00 for it. I would never recommend Nobl to anyone
