As previously mentioned, there was the false impression that BOTH of my luggage pieces, including my second luggage piece (check-in rather than carry-on) were IN STOCK, when apparently the second one was NOT. Then the awfully-poor communications about the REAL status of the check-in luggage, and then she email saying that it was FINALLY going to be sent that arrived AFTER I had already received it (necessitating an email reply telling you to NOT send an apparent SECOND one), etc. etc. Piss-poor
