The carryon said it would ship by a certain date and it didn’t. So I think they should work on not over promising because I was worried I wouldn’t get it in time for my trip. However, That being said, their customer service was very helpful and professional and I did end up getting the luggage in time.

I wanted to return the luggage package I bought because I found the luggage itself flimsy and was discouraged from returning it . I was told that it would cost me a lot of money and it would be better if I kept it. Why would I want to keep something that I won’t use and pay over 700.00 for it.
