Everything came quickly and securely, though I do wish everything came together (instead, I got everything as separate deliveries). Still, I love my entire set and recently took it on its inaugural trip to Florence. I usually only carry on but had to check, and my luggage made it through unscathed. I was unable to cancel an order after using the wrong payment method immediately after ordering.I attempted 3 times!!! Very slow shipping. I only received a partial order, no gift card or warranty, which were supposed to be included! The one case I did manage to receive does not work ( the laptop compartment does not open nor does the TSA lock...no instructions!) No one is interested in assisting me in any of these issues. Unable to talk to anyone. I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer.
