Didn’t receive all my promotions with purchase and my cup holder in my suitcase broke off

Ordered the 28in and still waiting for it, received the carryon but the checked bag is still pending. Still waiting for expected received date.

Again, great product but exchange process has taken awhile and still isn't resolved. The folks that have communicated with me have been very cordial and apologetic, so I have confidence that they'll figure out this part too.

I think it was fine--but it is expensive and might be a bit heavier than my other one. Also, I didn't realize there is a lock....am not going to set it...will just open it with 000....

I appreciate that I was able to exchange some of the components. But I was unable to use the “gift” card and am still awaiting a promised $75 credit.

I have sent several emails requesting help to return damaged product and to stop the shipment of the checked bag. I have not heard a thing. It has been over a week.

The new Nobl carry-on which arrived promptly has very sturdy hinges, etc.; the swivel rollers work well. However, the paint marred too easily; it has only been used for this one international trip to Italy. I also think the door to the laptop is rather flimsy. I checked it for the return flight, and the drink holder had popped open, unhinged, & bent. I thought that it was completely broken at first. I'm certain that this is something that other clients have experienced. It needs a clasp.

Delayed shipping and had to reach out to the company to inquire on the delay. Proactive communication from the company about expected delays would be nice.

Terrible, I won't recommend due to poor customer service response time and 7 day return period. For a professional who travels, 7 days return period isn't acceptable as I'm on the road and gone for a week to two weeks.

I had a person named Eric feom customer service contact me and he definitely had a tone to his email . But it’s fine I know I won’t be shopping with Nobl nor suggesting to friends or family.

Not great. Please provide an update on your discussion with the fulfillment manager regarding the shipment of the used, heavier model I received. The total packaged weight is 11.60 lbs, with the suitcase alone weighing 10.00 lbs. This does not match the 8 lbs listed on your website and confirmed in your previous correspondence. The options provided in your last email do not meet my expectations for a satisfactory resolution, and I would appreciate alternative solutions. Thanks! Holly

You are very unresponsive to emails - unless of course it’s to buy something. I’ve been telling everyone I know about my negative and frustrating experience with your company.
