The return shipping costs are prohibitive. Will likely never purchase anything again as the shipping cost of $80-$100 is half the cost of the item. Ridiculous. Should at least help out with the return shipping for customers. The verbage is a bit misleading: "simply send back" for a refund.........yea, well the cost of that is prohibitive.

Eberybody was nice. The replacement for the wrong item did not take too long.

Order was received quickly, and customer service is caring, professional and quick to respond!

Colors are cool

Quit pinging my email and phone for a rating and review. Makes me want to do it less. I actually love your product, but JEEPS!~ I've gotten something every day about giving you a review and it has turned from an ask to a demand. And guess what? I don't do demands, but I am filling this one out to see how many more aggravated, needless emails and texts I get. Send one. Let your product speak for itself. Do we really need all this stupid social media praise?

Shipping was quick

We received a conflicting email or two saying it was being shipped.

Nobltravel was not accommodating when I notified them that the color of the suitcases did not match what was shown online.

The worst part was waiting for it to arrive. The updates were accurate and welcome.

I am very pleased with my purchase; the duo travel is made very well! Can't wait to use it on my next trip! It took a little longer than I would prefer to receive my order.

I bought a carry on for my daughter but she wanted the expandable carry on so I reached out to customer service to return the original and purchase the expandable. It took 5 emails and 2 departments to get the return information. Luckily my friend wanted to purchase the original from me so I didnt have to return it but the process should've been better. Your suitcases are amazing just not the return process.

Could have been better. The return policy should be easier. I was very unhappy with my purchase, but the return policy made it seem that it would be too difficult to get my money refunded, so I didn't try.
