As long as you keep your order number, Customer Service can help you, but if you do not have your order number there’s nothing they can do to help you make sure you keep that order number on file. I originally saved my confirmation number which they could do nothing with.. I had to go back in my emails to find the order number then Customer Service was very responsive and helpful. The first use of the suitcase one wheel popped off and they mailed one to us to replace it..keep order number

Requested an order cancellation; it took over 7 days to respond. When they finally responded, the order had already been submitted for shipping. Then, when I told them I would cancel, they said there would be a restocking fee. I know these tactics because the company I used to work for instructed us to do the same. If they responded promptly, even within 48 hours, the order could have been cancelled to avoid these reviews, and the zipper went out (broke) during the 1st week of use while travelin
