The product is made with flimsy materials that caused the cup holder and wheels covered broken on the first use. Secondly, it is impossible to get in touch with a human customer service. Responses are provided by an AI chatbot with no offer of a real solution. I still have not received my e-gift card and the covers as promised. I paid too much for those products.
