When I checked out, I had a $20 off coupon. The coupon showed up in my order review. But when the amount for the suitcase was taken from my PayPal it did not include the $20 off. It took me two emails, with the first email coming back starting UNFORTUNATELY, we cannot give a refund on coupons for placed orders , an offered me a coupon for future order. I thought this unfair, I sent a second email to cancel my Order . Then, that email was answered with a 10% off the order, & refunded me. Fair.
