Wanted to love the luggage. Scale didn’t work at all and I needed a new one, used my regular scale when I left home. Had to guess on the way back. Carry on is heavier larger than my current one and hold much less luggage. Wrote an email on Tuesday to the returns page and got an AI message that said there would be instructions to return my products instead 24-48 hrs instead of the actual instructions to return the products. I’m still waiting. This system/business feels like a complete scam.
