There has been complete lack of professionalism when it comes to Customer Service. I’m still waiting on a e-gift card that I purchased as a part of a package. I have sent emails and followed up multiple times with no response.

It took over a month to get my suitcase and it was the wrong one. It is impossible to get anything done with customer service.

Your lack of customer service and limited communication makes this a place I do NOT plan to shop at again.

Love the colors. Love the compartments. Everything advertised is true to what I received. Haven't had a chance to use it and test the functionality or durability yet.

04/25 received half of my order. Still missing items. Still waiting om email from company in response on missing items.

My carry on and check in bag didn’t get her for about 6 wks. That was a bummer because I had to buy a temporary to hold me over on a recent trip to Mexico. I believe I have 2 $50 gift cards so will look to use those soon. I read things about no response and never hearing back but my communications have been great so far. Thanks!!

Not very impressed with the return process so far. It took ages for them to get back to me, after multiple emails on my part, and there is no information about how to return it on the website. So I am having to spend a lot of time, and probably a lot of money, to return it. Do not buy this product.

It takes too long to receive your order. It has taken weeks and I'm still waiting for the second suitcase to come. Now they say the color is out of stock. They should issue a credit for the headache.

Ordered in March. No suitcase or anything

Ordered 1 set of packing cubes, 1 carryon case ice blue and 1 suitcase ice blue. After placing the order, I saw that I was charged for 2 carryon cases 1 ice blue and 1 green. I also saw that the order showed that instead of the 1 suitcase I ordered it showed the order for 2. I tried to correct the order and cancel the extra items that I did not order but the website did not allow for a change in the order.

Customer Service was not timely in its response, shipping was delayed despite being “in stock in warehouse” only to find my item waiting in customs. Promised refund was never fulfilled.

ordering was an easy process, now I need to see how an exchange will go. I kept the original box it came in

It took weeks for my suitcase to come. It didn't come in time for my big trip, but it also doesn't hold much so I probably would have taken my old carry on suitcase instead.

I can’t get a hold of anyone to return the pieces

I returned the suitcase as the wrong item was shipped. When I spoke with customer serv ice, they told me I had to pay for shipping. I have yet to receive my refund.

Never received my order. Terrible communication. No updates. Over a month and a half waiting with no refund.

Ordering and shipment were great, but I had some trouble getting the $50 e-gift card. I never received and then sent many emails before someone acknowledged me and sent it.

Easy to see the items & description. Easy to order & was discounted. Very good quality & security features as was stated on website.

Shipping came in multiple pieces would have preferred it all being in one

The shipping and customer service have been terrible. I placed an order for two bags on April 18 and only received the carry-on. I’ve reached out to customer service four times since then, and it is now May 6. The full order was supposed to arrive within a week, and I have been unsuccessful in getting any response from Nobl.

No response to issues. Major delayed shipping. Emails ignored when issues reported.

Still waiting for the big part of the order.

It took quite a long time to receive my suitcase. Apparently it was backordered, though I had to ask to find that out. An email clarifying that fact would have been helpful.

Non delivery based on time quoted of 3-5 days. You spend more time and $ on sending me new advertising then you do on servicing the order I am still waiting for. You are NOT responding to the emails I have sent you, with direct questions. I have asked you to answer each question in my email.
