Not sure if it's AI or real people but they don't seem to communicate… One will tell you that the item has already arrived when it hasn't, another will apologize and tell you it will be shipped soon. There were no luggage covers and it turns out the email coupon code is only given if you ask repeatedly. I still didn't get the 10% refund off of my purchase for the lengthy delay which made me unable to give the bag as a Christmas gift.
