Customer service is non-existent, I have been attempting to speak with an actual person for over 2 weeks. The 2-3 day shipping guarantee is obviously a joke. I ordered the largest Nobl luggage bundle, and have only received the smaller "bonus" items. The trip I purchased all of this luggage for is now almost over, and I still have no personal response from Nobl after repeated emails. Would I place this order again? Absolutely not. Buyer beware.

Shopping is the easy part. I had an issue from the time I placed the order trying to update to the correct shipping address. There is Literally No Way to reach Anybody live or try to make any arrangements for shipping or delivery that was a a huge problem. After over a month of sending emails asking for a call… they only called to ask me to do a review. The luggage seems nice.. as it should for the price. But not really as pictured at all. Wanted to love the luggage. Scale didn’t work at all and I needed a new one, used my regular scale when I left home. Had to guess on the way back. Carry on is heavier larger than my current one and hold much less luggage. Wrote an email on Tuesday to the returns page and got an AI message that said there would be instructions to return my products instead 24-48 hrs instead of the actual instructions to return the products. I’m still waiting. This system/business feels like a complete scam.
