After I contacted them about an order that didn’t arrive. I was told the company had no knowledge of the order base on the info I provided. I told them I was charged for the luggage but cont product the order number. I then thought I had been scammed and specified that in my email, the luggage showed up two days later. I guess it was through the grace of God.

I would have preferred all items arrive at the same time but as my next planned trip not in the immediate future this allowed for the separate deliveries. I appreciate the testing prior to shipping of the two primary luggage pieces. Thank you.

AWFUL return policy, designed to be as difficult as possible. I was subjected to repeated emails asking questions that were answered in my initial email. And I am STILL waiting for my pathetic refund, as I had to pay a ridiculous amount to ship back your inferior product. Your company is terrible, and I would never order again. I am also telling as many people as possible to avoid this horrid company.

I loved all the updates as to when my products were being shipped.

It would be nice if you answered on return method of the cheap earbuds.

I purchased a bigger suitcase due to the discount but now I want to return it. I haven't even opened the box. Please advise on next steps. Thanks!

My Order got mixed up with the color of the suitcase however customer relations department was all in on it and followed up closely until issue was resolved. I appreciate generic efficient customer service from which reason I have 5 star and highly recommend the products AND the vendor

I enjoyed them keeping me abreast of Everytime a delivery was scheduled. Because of the lengthy time for all the pieces to come it was nice to have constant communication with someone.

A lot of hype with the advertising but the product doesn't live up to it. Not very obvious when an item is final sale, not eligible for return. I got suckered.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It’s all AI and no one reaches out to you so they just give you generic response responses that does absolutely nothing. They also don’t really have a phone number for you to call so it looks to be like a drop shipper BS that they grabbed from China. Definitely low quality stuff.

I'm so glad I bought both bags. I am a 4 time back surgery patient. This will help make my travel experiences much better.

Only suggestion is a short introductory how to video showing how everything works

Not sure if it's AI or real people but they don't seem to communicate… One will tell you that the item has already arrived when it hasn't, another will apologize and tell you it will be shipped soon. There were no luggage covers and it turns out the email coupon code is only given if you ask repeatedly. I still didn't get the 10% refund off of my purchase for the lengthy delay which made me unable to give the bag as a Christmas gift.
