Customer service response can be improved a bit. It took them a few days to respond to my e-mail when I was just trying to follow-up the status for the rest of my order. But they did respond eventually and was able to answer my question, and I really appreciate that.
I also wish there is a customer service telephone number customers can call and get a live person to talk to instead of sending an email and waiting for a response.
