I wish I didn't throw away the box from the first suitcase I bought. It would have been returned immediately. I was asking for a return label for the second suitcase I ordered (after placing the first order when offered a second at a discounted price) for about a week before anyone would reply. I got a reply after I disputed the charge on my credit card.
