I placed an order when they were running their holiday special. I got the carry on, the check in and some accessories. I was receiving too many emails with my order information leading up to when I received my order. It turns out they send me and charged me an additional check in bag. I didn't realize I ordered it. It kind of snuck up on me. I returned it the following day after I received it, Sunday, 1/18/26, a week ago. I have not received any notification of my return received yet.
