I don't believe my order was delivered completely

Customer service doesn’t reply my emails

Support doesn’t respond in a reasonable time frame. Customers need a phone number to call and a person to talk to instead of an email address

Despite having a problem with one of the support legs on the larger bag, we really do like what we have received. The soft carry-on, and the small hand shell carry-on, of both reliable and easy to use.

All of my luggage arrived after my trip. Took almost a month to receive. the products look good but I just havent been able to use them.

It was nice to get a personal text when shipping was delayed.

Still waiting on order to be completed that was ordered back on April 7th and website indicated it was in stock.

Have to message nobl to get the discount.

I love that I was able to bundle and add on some new in the future for my travel needs with my personality making an entrance reflecting in my choice of the pop of color❣️

It took a long time to arrive, the Nobl Air did not work and when I contacted you saying I gave the wrong address, you said it was too late that it had already shipped. Which it had not

I have not received my and have not gotten any information about my item despite contacting customer service multiple times. Very dissatisfied with the service. I also have not received a refund for the item that did not ship

Great Experience

I ordered my suite cases on 2/27/26 & just received them one 4/28/26. I requested a refund back in March & was told I had to pay for my return which I had to buy other suite cases due to not receiving what i ordered in time for my trip. I was then told that you could offer me a one time courtesy of a few dollars for keeping the order when it arrives or you could send me a different type of set of suite cases mind you not the one I ordered. I have contacted your customer service & no resolution

The company sent many emails to buy the products, but will not respond to my request to return and item. Very poor customer service.

I have had nothing but an absolute TERRIBLE time trying to get in contact with support. Finally emailed them because you can’t “instantly message” with customer service from the website like it shows. You have to email. Did so and they told me someone will reach out within 24-48 hours and 5 days later, still no word. It’s has been a month since my purchase and I still have not received my suitcase or the clear protector I purchased with it. The website also says they ship within a couple days af

Good service. Too many texts and emails

I like the suitcase and carryons. I had hoped the carryon would fit under the seat but it does not.

First order was delayed so they “upgraded” my suit case. Never got the $50 GC, and then everything went on a deep discount sale.

Dishonest Deceiving company

They did do what they said they would do. They did not get my luggage to me in the time that is was supposed to be here and stated that the bags were delayed do to coming from Mexico

Can’t reach anyone for help after spending >$800

The company is not communicating with me and I’m in need of a refund because I do not want this luggage. It’s unopened and I initiated the refund the very first day it was delivered. I was assured that I would hear back from the team, it’s been a week and nobody will help process me refund. This is a disaster.

At first it was a little unsure as to I will my suitcases as I did get a package deal followed by receiving bag and a few items before the suitcases and getting a hold of customer service was a bit slow They managed to get to me and figured out what was causing the holdup for my main thing which was the suitcases and then after that the customer service was wonderful.
