Poor customer service

Horrible! Still haven’t received my luggage tag or my checked bag! Over $600 and nothing! Horrible!

Shipping was awful. Still waiting for the rest of my order and paying every month while I wait.

Online does not state if items are available. Three weeks from order and half items ordered are nowhere

Upon receiving two boxes of my new luggage set, I am still awaiting the arrival of the final box. My initial perception of the material’s quality and appearance deviates from my expectations. Upon receipt, I promptly emailed Nobltravel to inquire about the return process, as the material’s quality does not align with the value I anticipated. While I appreciate the blue color, the imitation silver metal is a significant drawback. As a discerning traveler who typically orders and replaces luggage

I can't get a response of your return instructions.

I purchased the wrong suitcase by mistake. I’ve been trying to return it for weeks. The response time is horrible. I’ve missed being able to carry the replacement middle size case because you won’t follow through with the return. You can’t seem to replace my suitcase but you definitely sent a message to tell me about my responsibility to pay for the return. With the horrible service I’ve received You should absolutely pay for the return shipping AND provide some type of compensation.

It would help if I could talk to someone in customer service. Your brand is to probably for you not to have that service in place.

No responses to my efforts to return the luggage and when i messaged tge large suitcase hadnt ahipped 3 weeks after purchasing and i no longer wanted the item, you shipped it anyway while continuing to ignore my return request

Ordered a bundle. The carry on bag wasn't included with delivery. Made trip with old bag. Took too long for check in bag to arrive. Very disappointed. Suggest you confirm customer received full order before asking for a review

I ordered black and I got green

Customer service doesn’t respond to weeks later saying high volume of people contacting them. If it’s so high then you defintely made a crap product that so may people are contacting you

Took. Along time to arrive.

The customer service team is amazing. Very easy to navigate website but still had questions and needed to get assistance. Very helpful and made the transaction VERY easy.

My carry on just arrived today, also Dark Forest Green color, unfortunately I found some scratches all over the luggage and the charging port usb isn’t working ☹️😢😞 don’t know how to convey this, it might take another long time for customer service to respond, I haven’t used it and it arrived damaged with scratches already. Disappointing!

The price is a little much, I think it could be a bit cheaper. I emailed about the shipping and got a response relatively fast.

the purchase process was easy. When the suitcase arrived, it was packaged neatly with a cloth sack and waterproof cover.

Easy to maneuver the website and read about the items, once they arrived i was impressed, I did not expect the quality.
