I ordered a suitcase after I got the suitcase. I realized I wanted luggage tags. I ordered two and I wanted to use my $25 gift card. My gift card didn’t work but there was a $10 off Special and here. I am a month later never refunded the 15 they said they were going to and now I have to go through UPS to get the luggage tag myself !! I’m a very unhappy customer!!
