Did not arrive in time for use. I did receive a notice that it was delayed in customs 3-5 days but that would still have meant it would arrive before my trip. It did not. None of the other items included in this order have arrived, including the medium check-in I ordered and all the extra items.

When I initially purchased the suitcase, the delivery information said i would receive it within a week. I started getting worried that I had been scammed when I still had not received it 2-weeks later. The Nobl email that was to contain the tracking information, did not include the tracking number. Not only did I not receive any tracking details, there is no phone number on the website to call for help. When I entered my order number in the website chat box, it told me my order did not exist.

Your social media game is on fire and I was looking for a new suitcase. After placing my order, I came across customer complaints that your company did not ship timely, the product fell apart or did not work properly, company is unresponsive. The claim of 100,000 five-star reviews is not a live link, the available reviews are quite limited. My All-in-One carry on has shipped two weeks after ordering your website claims 3-5 days. I am hoping I do not encounter any of the issues I have read about.
