Customer service sucks!!! Nobody responds.

Not yet been able to use my Nobl suitcase to see how it holds up with airport/airline travel. I like the suitcase and hope it holds up.

Came in a extra care package to make sure it showed up perfect.

Response time not too great

Still waiting for my suitcase to arrive, the ear plugs are not as advertised.

I had a little trouble getting answers to my questions, especially regarding the setting of the locks on my suitcase.

the carry on "bag" needs a strap to attach it to the handle of your luggage. You cannot fill it to the max either or it wont fit in the overhead or under your seat

While i understand items can come from different source warehouses, the delay between the fulfillment and delivery of each item was quite a considerable time. Information regarding the e-gift card was also not clear in any of the confirmation messages.

The $100 Discount code did not work, so I ended up paying more on the year-end bundle. They tried to straighten it out but I was still unable to get either the discount code OR the $50 gift card to work the next time I made a purchase. Products are great, admin billing and discounts could use a LOT of improvement!

Not a good bag for serious travelers

have been trying to return the entire set since it was delivered (requested within 7 days) due to the cheap plastic, small and cheap materials for the luggage and the wheels and i still havent heard (as promised) from a supervisor.

I have had a couple of hiccups; wrong color luggage sent, lock malfunction and strap unexpectedly broke, however NOBLE has been very quick to respond and replace without any hassle. One wish is to come up with a unique garment/suit bag.

Very fragile suitcase. Quality is poor. This luggage is priced 5x more expensive than it should be even with the big discounts they offer. I would not recommend.

Pretty easy to go through the product choices and to pick the best cases bags that meet your travel needs.

Box came damaged, took a while but all and all it was okay.

More hype than functionality. Carry-on is too big for most airline bins

Easy and quick

Customer service does not respond in a timely manner. Half of my purchase is still stuck in customs. I've asked repeatedly to get bigger suitcases and im still needing to send back the blue carry on!

I’m just here so I don’t get fined.

Easy to exchange a suitcase that I ordered in the wrong color.

After I Received my Travel Cases I was Happy to see the Quality, I was very impressed!! They sales ladies were Amazing and answered all my concerns. I now feel confident that my suit cases will not fail me and they will enhance my Traveling experience ‼️

Still have not received the check In luggage in the right color

I tried to cancel the order less than an hour after submitting the order. I tried multiple times and several days later a robot got back to me and told me it was too late. Also the large suitcase that came with the set is 1/2 inch too large for Delta ( a major airline) so it is an expensive door stop, or I will have to pay and extra fee
