Worst service ever

Not much customer service can do and to return an item, I have to pay to return.

The customer service for this company is horrible. They will lie to get your money and then lie about shipments. I placed an order on 20 Apr. I was told it shipped on 28 Apr with delivery day of 6 May. On 6 May, my order did not show up. I checked the website and it was canceled. The company stated it was a courier error. The order was really sold out. I was told they were back in stock and it was shipped out again in two days (LIED). It was still out of stock. I called again to be told that the

Products were shipped in the WRONG color. Customer service has stopped responding since the final shipment of the large suitcase IN THE WRONG COLOR!!!!!

Again bag did not suit my travel needs.

On April 15, both me and my wife thought it would be a good idea to get a new travel Nobl carry-on We both chose the same one, but in two different colors, mine in black and hers in Forrest green. 58 days from purchase and items still have not been delivered

I thought for awhile something may have been delivered to the wrong place or lost, but it all came in. Customer Service helped me with my lock issue. So, I bought more air tags!

Our original order was delayed due to customs and then the replacement order was backordered and we did not receive our order until a month after we placed the order and after our vacation. We contacted Customer Service to ask for an exception to the restocking fee and the shipment cost to return. This request was denied.

Still fighting with them. Completely dissatisfied the carryon broke before I got To the airport.

My shopping experience got off to a rocky start - was not sure I would even receive my luggage for my trip to Amsterdam. But with help from Mason, Daniel and Jacob I received the luggage I ordered in time for my trip to Amsterdam.

Lack of response and AI generated responses that did not help.

I emailed Nobl about needing to do an exchange and it has been over a month with no resolution!

Total nightmare with delay in shipping, now have two pieces that don't match. Offered $50 discount code that doesn't work and Gabriel has been no help in adding it to my current $80 credit so I have $130 total. Until that happens I won't update my BBB review.

Struggling to exchange the broken bag

I ordered my luggage on the 11th of April for my trip on the 27th of April. The carry-on came on the 29th of April and the 28in came on May 15th.

The product arrived quickly and I appreciate all the messages about its status. The Forest Green is not as distinguishable from black or gray as I had hoped.

I love my luggage!

I asked to cancel after receiving a weekender bag with a broken zipper and not only did Nobl say they would cancel my.order and didn't, but months later still hasn't provided return labels to return the three packages sent.

I made an order in early April. I got the 2nd of 5 items on May 15th. It took 5 emails to get a reply.

I am dissatisfied due to the company utilizing my credit card information after the point of sale. I did not order a subscription.

Took quite awhile to receive the suitcases.

76 emails and FB and Instagram messages since APRIL 9 and NO ONE ever follows up after PROMISING they would "take care of everything" I had to phone you yesterday at my $$$expense (long distance phone call) to try to get answers. WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WOW.

Not willing to work with you when their shipping issues are the reason you don't receive luggage before a trip.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The AirTag was added to my order without my knowledge. Since April 24th I have sent multiple emails and placed numerous calls requesting instructions on the return processes and a refund for both the AirTag & Carry-On Luggage. I haven’t gotten an answered call or email assisting me. Insanity.

Luggage is high quality and just as it appears in the photos.

shopping was easy. delivery--because of customs issues--was not. but i was kept in the loop during the delay.
