I wanted to love this product! When I saw the video showcasing all of its features, I thought to myself that I have to have this bag. When it arrived I was disappointed. The color (hot pink) was tacky, not elegant. It looked like a cheap Barbie bag. I think if the finish had been a high gloss instead of matte it would have accomplished this. I also don’t love the brushed silver finishes. It should be chrome. The quality of the bag itself is very very cheap and plasticky.

My suitcases were shipped at different times. One tracker never said the suitcase was in it, only listed cover and gift card. So strange…contacted customer service who assured me both suitcases shipped and would arrive as scheduled, which they did. If the tracker listed things correctly, I would not have needed to reach out.
