I’m reaching out regarding my recent order placed on April 2, 2026. Unfortunately, I experienced delays in receiving my items. By April 19th, part of my order had not yet arrived, and I contacted your team for an update. I ultimately received the full order on April 23rd, which was later than the 3–5 business days originally indicated. Because of the delay in April 23, 2026, I initiated an email for a refund which falls within your guidelines of 7 days of delivery.
