Your customer service is horrible. Extremely difficult to contact and seems to be mostly AI. NO phone number to speak to an actual person. AND no one cared that I did not want different colors of suitcases. Mint green is what I ordered. I did NOT want sage green but that’s what was sent. The person even said “ well it’s green”. Ridiculous!!

Weeks of trying to get someone from nobl to respond to my emails regarding delays and missed delivery dates. I go nothing but canned AI responses to emails, your phone numbers and website chats don't work.
