Customer service was awesome when I needed to buy the luggage but after I was supplied with the wrong tracking then I needed to address an issue and they respond once a day so if you are speaking through email which is the only way then when you respond you have to wait an entire day to get a response. For this reason it took me over a week to get my issue addressed
