Still not deliver lies in emails

Grieved just in time.

I bought the green and was presently surprised used by the color. It’s beautiful. I used the carry on and weekender. Lots of room in the weekender and it was needed.

I never get responses to y emails. I wish there was another way to speak to a live customer service agent to insure your customers receive the care they need. I’ve yet to get a response to numerous emails I’ve sent asking how to exchange my weekender bag for a different color. It’s been many weeks and still no response. I’m so very let down by this. I hope someone reads this and finally makes this right.

Did not receive the baggage tag. Everything came over several days so hard to keep up with.

Read the previous disappointment review. I'm trying to return an incorrect order. I've sent many, many emails with no reply. There's no phone numbers to call. The customer service is worse than I could have every thought possible. Once the order is placed the customer is forgotten. No Follow up. If I had known this, I never would have ordered anything to begin with. And, I'll be sure to pass my bad experience along.

customer service is lacking in areas

When I saw these online and saw all the colors, I was in. I ended up purchasing the red and I Love them and the red is the perfect color red.

I wish they would have sent my carry-on from the United States then I would have probably received it by now?

Easy and a great experience

Their customer service was disappointing. As soon as I ordered, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. After multiple tries to reach CS before fulfillment, by the time I got through to someone by going on Instagram, it was too late as product already shipped. They wanted to charge me for the address change and I refused because if they had responded when I sent the email and chat, it wouldn’t have been necessary. And the phone number on the website is not active.

The color is not the same in person, false advertisement and disappointment. The bag took a very long time to arrive.

Horrible customer service after receiving the wrong color item. Its been a couple of weeks with no attempt to rectify the issue.

I bought a luggage bundle and the check in suitcase did not arrive before my trip tomorrow.

Your website claims that items come out of Las Vegas. However I received emails for multiple items from the co-owner that some items are caught in customs. Last I checked items from Vegas don’t need to go through customs. Your website is deceitful and falsely commits to fulfillment.
