Tuff Jug store reviewsSee product reviews

It took 19 days to ship and delivered to my house 1 state over. I don’t care how it works, that is a ridiculous shipping timeframe. Don’t run sales unless you have enough product on hand.

Easy purchase process.

1. Too slow. 9 days to ship. 15 days to receive. It would have been longer if I had not emailed asking where the order was. 2. All four caps leak. I checked the seals. They are flat. They leak when the caps are finger tight. Leak worse if I snug them with a wrench. Jugs had 5 gallons. If I pick them up by the handle, gas leaks out - all four! No way I would attempt to pour with the nozzle. 3. I have a fuel transfer pump designed to screw in to this style of jug, and your cap is not standard.

Everything went well on this online order.

Shipping as too slow ordered if for a Father’s Day gift and it didn’t come until Tuesday

Took too long to ship/recieve.

It was ok. But I wanted the ripper cap but they were sold out. Tuff jug should probably send out one ripper cap for free if you ordered 2 or more tuff jugs.

Got what I paid for. Got it a quickly. I am very pleased with this company.

Customer service was quick to handle my issue and very easy process. Thanks

Product is great. Lead time absolutely sucks.

smooth sailing, backorder was a few days...

Slow shipping, expensive

Nice website

Easy to purchase and was delivered quickly and as expected

Fast

Submitting a question about the gaskets provided no help. I wasn't asking for a warranty claim, only asked if I purchased the upgraded gasket kits would the leaks go away.

The website was easy to use and so far I like the jugs! only suggestion I have is to provide a top handle that clips on, so you can easily grab the jug out of the back of a truck because the side handle is hard to get to sometimes and make the fill hose a little bigger diameter for faster dispensing. But other than that, they are great.

It was great!

Shipping was slow

Seemed easy enough to order them .

Good experience

Great!

The color I wanted in the 2.5 gal was discontinued so they sent me the 5 gallon in that color instead.

It's so easy a caveman can do it! 🫈

Great experience with shipping and received the item in good condition.

Awesome!

It was quik and easy

Never received items ordered.

Great products but the shipping was extremely slow this time. The first order I had in 2-3days

Shipping took awhile but it was worth the wait.

I'm pissed off from all of the lies.

Fast delivery, great product. Would recommend to anyone looking for a superior Gas can that works as advertised. Fills atleast 3x faster than my VP cans.

Easy to find what I needed, shipping time was reasonable. Dealing with the Service department was amazing, fast response, and even faster fixing the issue.

Very very slow shipping

It’s great, and flowers very fast!!

I would have done 5 flames but I am waiting to see if they reply to my email about one lid not fitting correctly
