I ordered from UK website but the product was shipped from China and took longer than expected to arrive. I have read there are issues with returns which, I have to say put me off sending the product back. I'm not convinced the overall quality is worth the prices charged.

Hobibear were great. The courier in the UK messed up; couldn't manage to deliver to their own Parcel Locker, and their customer server was terrible. But Hobibear's was the complete oposite - very helpful and efficient. Sorted out the problem as soon as I contacted them.

This is my 3rd pair. The first 2 pairs were the lilac design which are brilliant, comfy, fashionable and hard wearing. The 3rd pair (larch) were equally comfortable but have split at the sides which is disappointing.
