Your returns process is terrible!! I've been trying to return a pair of shoes since December and they're now back in my hallway as your warehouse refused to accept them even on a second delivery attempt. I will only accept a full refund in response to this issue. If you want the shoes back, you are going to need to arrange courier collection from my house.
