Terrible customer service, actually breaking UK consumer law and refusing to refund clients for online purchases or telling me that the only way I can have a refund is if I ship the shoes internationally to Germany and pay the import taxes!
After weeks and weeks trying to get my money back for unworn shoes that were faulty I've had to take up the complaint via my credit card company.
I used to be a huge advocate of Hobibear shoes but will never use them again.
