I ordered a pair of trainers, but due to the courier's negligence they were left in an unsafe place and were stolen. The courier at least acknowledged what happened and offered me £20 as a goodwill gesture, but Hobibear has refused to take any responsibility.

Customer service response after receiving first pair of trainers which turned out to be too small was prompt and offered options to rectify. I opted to purchase a second pair in larger size and received discount on this as well as discount refunded from original purchase. However, the new pair appear only to be marginally bigger and are still incorrect size, the sizing is so off that I cannot opt to purchase a further pair of shoes. The costs add up when the sizing is off so much. Disappointing.
