I nearly returned the items because, at first, they appeared to be to small. I was wrong, and my mum is very happy with them.
I was asking a lot of questions about how to go about returning them and the lady who was dealing with me always replied promptly to all my questions.

Misleading and unfair.
The company ships directly from China (delivery ~2 weeks) but this is not clearly disclosed. If the shoes don’t fit, returns are practically impossible — customer service says it’s “too expensive” and offers to send another pair instead. I don’t want low-quality shoes sold at an inflated price. If you’re buying from China, you’re better off using a Chinese website and paying far less. Avoid.
