Return is a nightmare. I have asked for a return as shoes are small and customer service suggested me to give the product to a friend!!!! Or resell it!!!! After threatening several times that the return shipping needs to be paid by me and they could give me 20% discount in future purchases so I don't have to pay for the shipping and VAT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN! Give me my money back!
