I’m really disappointed with my recent purchase from Hobibear. The shoes looked nothing like the photos online – the design is cheap and honestly quite unattractive in person. The quality is also far below expectations; the materials feel flimsy and not durable at all.
To make things worse, the return process is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. It shouldn’t be this difficult to send back a product that doesn’t meet basic standards.
Overall, a very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommen
