Customer service and overall shopping experience were terrible. Responses took up to two days and often didn’t answer my questions. The return policy is unclear and misleading. Despite the website appearing UK-based, returns must be sent to Germany at the customer’s expense, including customs fees. It took days to get a return address, and I was warned that if the parcel is redirected to a post office, they won’t collect it and no refund will be issued.
