I was very disappointed that you do not have a return address in the UK even though they came from a UK distributor. I have returned 2 parcels at a cost to myself of £12.55 each parcel. I ordered from Hobibear UK so thought I was buying from a UK supplier. Very misleading. I have provided you with the Royal Mail tracking numbers and am just waiting for my refund.

Misleading sizing, refusal to accept responsibility, and poor customer service.
The shoes supplied were not as described. The internal length does not match the sizing chart used on the product page, making them unwearable. When this was raised, customer service refused responsibility, claimed I had “chosen the wrong size”, and attempted to force me to pay return shipping for an error caused by their own inaccurate measurements.
Hiding behind “different styles size differently” is not acceptab
