very poor communication. didn't tell me trainers were out of stock until I emailed two weeks after ordering to ask what was happening. just asked me to choose a replacement and then they never acknowledged my reply - they did send the replacement trainers and refund the £3 difference though. Company needs to improve their communication and customer service.
