I purchased from a .co.uk website that presents itself as a UK-based business and advertises Easy Returns. At no point during the purchase process was it made clear that returns would need to be sent to Germany at my expense, potentially incurring substantial postage costs and customs charges.
In addition, I am disappointed with the quality of the shoes. They were delivered compressed in a plastic mailing bag without a shoe box and arrived misshapen as a result.
