I have been a loyal Naked Wardrobe customer for years and have always had positive experiences—until now.
My order was supposed to be delivered weeks ago, yet I still have no package, no resolution, and virtually no customer support. After multiple emails and numerous attempts to call the customer service number, I have received no communication from the company.
When I contacted FedEx directly, I was informed that my package had been deemed "lost" and that Naked Wardrobe would need to initia
