I previously had good experiences with Naked Wardrobe, which is why this situation has been disappointing. The Faux Fur Coat sheds excessively in clumps, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I still have not received a proper resolution. Customer service is part of the overall shopping experience, and unfortunately this experience changed my opinion of the brand.
