I wish size exchanges were allowed even on final sale items. It didn't turn out to be necessary this time, but it certainly made me hesitant to order since it was my first purchase from the brand and I wasn't familiar with its sizing. I was relieved it worked out! But it would have been nice to know that I could exchange the top for another size or store credit if it hadn't fit.

I paid for next day delivery. The package shipped but the postal service was late delivering. No biggie. Eventhough I didn’t realize my items were final sale as a 1st customer they offered a store credit. I didn’t want to go through the trouble of ordering again. The customer service was nice.
On my label they printed the wrong order number. So my email confirmation for the order and the invoice printed was different. That’s the only confusion.
