Package arrived fast but the carry-on was damaged. People i chat with were answering and really helpfull. They told me they were waiting the label from the warehouse for returning the carry-on to exchange for a New one. It is really long delay since there.

Case is not as advertised. Says it is TSA approved as to size and this case is too large.

Seems to be quality items, I will be looking forward to traveling just to use the carryon.
