Ordered my product on 11/30. Tracking number had the last location on 12/6 in Los Angeles holding facility.
Emailed support three times an no response.
Posted my complaint on IG and finally someone bothered to answer.
I was told you would resend my order. I asked for a tracking number for the new order. It’s 01/01/26 and still no tracking number and no product. But hey! I get emails asking me to rate you. 🙄
