The Mason Genie works just like it says snd kept my salad fresh in the refrigerator over a week. I have also used it on dry foods in my pantry and love it. I really like how easy it is to pop off a sealed lid with their metal opener that I also purchased and then reseal the jar when I’m finished with it. Great product.
