Kai has been absolutely awesome. As a customer care representative, I cannot ask for more. The breeders are awesome. Every fish I have received is perfectly culled and cared for with great quality assurance. My concern is with the labeling. When purchasing items that are individually packed, it seems they should be labeled especially at the price value they are being sold at. Nevertheless, most importantly, we are consumers, not breeders. We should not be expected to be able to sex fish.
