Best quality fish and easy-to-use website. I changed my review from 5 to 4 because communication/ email responses have taken days for replies. I initially started contact by Instagram and still haven't gotten replies there. *UPDATE* 1 month later I placed a 2nd order that took 15 days to arrive. No replies to my email about adding 6 females to that order. Then once I looked closer at my $100 Hulk Betta it's not even the one I selected. I will never purchase again from this immoral company. They have great potential but poor communication and ethics. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. Therefore I'll continue to import Bettas myself online. What started out as 5 stars ended up 1 star. The fish sent is less quality than a Petco fish. I give second chances but they don't deserve a 3rd after this. Service lacks integrity!
